What it is?

The Serebrenik Model for the Consolidation of Family Dynasties and the FE-Q Family Enterprise Coefficient is an indicator of family institutional maturity created by Raúl Serebrenik based on his experience advising family enterprises globally.

The Model proposes that the continuity of a family enterprise is not a spontaneous event, but the result of strategic decisions developed across generations. It identifies eight interrelated dimensions in which long-lasting entrepreneurial families actively work. Through these dimensions, it becomes possible to integrate different family members into the management of legacy while promoting a culture of shared leadership.

In practice, the Model is applied through various processes within the family business.
